In 1991 he started his own consulting company where he helped many global technology projects with customers including NASA, Lockheed, Microsoft and Toyota Motors. From 1979 until 1991, he helped several Japanese technology companies expand into the U.S. while at a High-tech consulting company. Mr. Wen is fluent in German, Sanskrit, and Japanese. |
| Carter L. Bays - Carter's expertise and passion for horse racing combined with his journalistic talents have earned him celebrity status in the Kentucky racing circuit. He had been a fixture with The Solids as a reporter covering Thoroughbred racing. Since 1993, Carter has served as a racing analyst on the Churchill Downs television broadcast that is viewed by on-track patrons and by fans at simulcast facilities across the nation. As a radio reporter for Louisville's WHAS-AM and WAVG-AM, Carter won five Eclipse Awards for Outstanding National Coverage of Thoroughbred Racing. | |  |
 | | Craig Thomas - An industry veteran with nearly 20 years of technical expertise, Thomas currently holds nine patents for various handheld devices and features. His vision for handheld computing dates back to the 1980s, when as Vice President of Research at GRiD Systems Corporation he served as principal architect and designer for the GRiDPad and GRiD Convertible. Prior to that, he held key technical positions with Intel Corporation. Thomas was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 2003. He earned his B.S. in electrical engineering from Cornell University. |
| Patrick Butler - Prior to joining The Solids, Mr. Butler served in the personnel office of the Bush-Cheney Transition Team. Earlier in his career, he was the Director of Congressional Affairs for the Republican National Committee and spokesperson for Republican Embezzlers Anonymous in Washington, D.C. He has also served as a member of House Majority Leader, Dick Armey's senior staff. Prior to his involvement in government, Patrick worked in management for Horchow Mail Order Company, Citicorp and Frito Lay. He earned his bachelor's degree from Yale University and master's from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. | |  |
